The warranty period for interior buildings is ten (10) years and exterior buildings one (1) year.

LIMITED WARRANTY - All products sold, except for those manufactured by other companies shall have the following, limited warranty:

Manufacturer warrants that the products manufactured under this warranty will be free from defects in workmanship and material for ten (10) years on interior buildings and one (1) year on exterior buildings after delivery to the end user. Written notice on any claim of defect must be furnished to the manufacturer within thirty (30) days of knowledge of same. Upon satisfactory demonstration of the merits of the claim, manufacturer will within reasonable time make any necessary repairs or corrections, or at the option of the manufacturer, replace defective materials free of charge. Charges for correcting defects will not be allowed unless manufacturer is first notified in writing by the buyer, and the correction is authorized in writing by the manufacturer. This warranty will not apply to defects caused by improper installation or to any products which have been altered or repaired by anyone other than the manufacturer without written consent from the manufacturer. Also, this warranty does not apply to defects which have been caused by neglect, misuse, abuse or accident.

THIS WARRANTY IS NON-TRANSFERABLE AND NON-ASSIGNABLE BEYOND THE ORIGINAL BUILDING OWNER. THERE ARE NO OTHER GUARANTEES OR WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION AS STATED HEREIN, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OF
